Tasting Plants

On your right as you enter the Garden

Rather than taste, you may wish to take a leaf of some of the plants in this area and rub it between your fingers and thumb and smell the aroma.

This plot includes all the common kitchen herbs including:

Chives, Tarragon, Echinacea, Fennel, Hyssop, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme and Sage. The plot also includes an Amelchior Tree which produces star-shaped spring flowers and edible berries in the autumn. The plot also has a strawberry bush as well as lavender and daffodils in profusion.
