Touch Area 2

Like the first touch area, this area also contains a Hebe and a Ladies Mantle but also contains a Japaneses Anemone which has leaves with three lobes and large white flowers with a papery feel. Also included is a Masterwort which has glossy green deeply divided sturdy green leaves. The flowers are intricate and feel like pincushions. We also have ‘Elephant’s Ears with leaves that feel thick and leathery. They change colour from a deep green in summer to a dark red in winter.

The plot also includes wild grasses, snowdrops and tulips and a Copper shield fern
